Work Wear Safety needs to fulfill a fit consultant role for their retail stores because proper fit is crucial for safety and comfort in the workplace. Fit consultants are responsible for helping customers find the right size and fit for their workwear, which can be challenging given the wide range of body types and sizes. They also provide expert advice on which products and materials will be best suited to each customer’s specific needs and job requirements. Without a qualified fit consultant, Work Wear Safety may struggle to provide the level of service and expertise that their customers expect, leading to a potential decrease in sales and customer satisfaction. By having a fit consultant in their retail stores, Work Wear Safety can ensure that their customers are getting the best possible fit and protection for their work environment, leading to increased safety, comfort, and overall job performance.
Details of the job
This is not a “normal” store associate position. This is a position that requires individuals who have a passion for health and wellness. Who have an enact ability to hear a customer’s needs and establish the best fit. The right candidate will have to have a “roll up” your sleeves approach to working. At Work Wear you will be trained on a variety of safety footwear and how the correct fit can help an employees overall health and wellness. Therefore the perfect candidate will need to be able to take what they learn and communicate it clearly for our customers.
They must have a hunger for knowledge and a desire to excel with the organization. Therefore, this candidate must be highly motivated and self-driven to meet and exceed goals. Our team is encouraged to foster a collaborative work environment to ensure a positive customer experience
Ideal Applicant traits & Skills
- Able to lift 10-30lbs & stay on feet for 3-8 hrs/day
- Detail oriented
- Retail experience a plus
- Must have strong computer skills.
- Bilingual a plus
- Confident/Outgoing
