The Billing Analyst, serves Work Wear’s customers by providing invoices accurately and timely. They will establish contact and build a strong relationship with customers and will be discussing billing errors with other internal departments and correcting any inaccuracies.

They proficiently oversee preparation of consolidated billing on a weekly basis. They also have primary responsibility for customer collections. They are confident in their ability to work with employees at all levels of their organization to support accurate and proper data exchanges within the organization.

As a Billing Analyst, you will be a mentor to your team. Using your experience and knowledge you will be able to help guide the team to meet weekly billing deadlines, and work with your manager to ensure the workload is well balanced. All personnel issues such as but not limited to; performance reviews, employee counseling, attendance, time cards etc. will be handled by the AR manager.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Complete the weekly billing cycle timely and accurately.
• Ensure the collections process is followed in its entirety and timely.
• Send open items statements and purchase history reports to customers upon request.
• Work closely with the other team members to provide assistance and guidance as needed.
• Identify inconsistencies of accounts and balances, and resolve accordingly.
• Provide recommendations on process improvements whenever possible.
• Work closely with customers and internal business partners to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the database.
• Analyze root causes and initiate steps toward resolution for any billing issues, complex account issues or challenges in the collection process.
